Adult Recommendation: 5-7 drops directly in the mouth (or under tongue) as a daily supplement. Can be diluted in water or juice. For optimal absorption use with our Fulvic Ionic Minerals.

Child Recommendation: 1 drop diluted in water or juice as a daily supplement (for children over 30 lbs)

Topical Application: At full strength, apply a small amount to affected areas, avoiding the eyes and nasal passages. To dilute, mix a small amount with carrier oil and apply to affected areas, avoiding the eyes and nasal passages.
